The one question every Net worker ask is how do I recruit the top leaders or how do I recruit the people that going to explode my income. One of the keys to success in network marketing is being able to recruit, If you can not recruit you will have a hard time in network marketing. If you are a good recruiter it not hard to bring dozen of people into your business every month. some thing everyone what to know is how do I recruit top leaders and keep those leaders on my team.
Here A Few Steps you can take to recruit top leaders!!
1. You must become a leader yourself~ This is the first and most important step to take to get top leaders inside your MLM business. The Law Of Attraction says we attract our own kind, so if your lazy don’t like prospecting you will attract those same type of people to you. so in order to recruit leaders you must become that leader you wish to attract. The first step in becoming a leader is declaring you are a leader. By you making the choice of becoming a leader there are a few things you should know in order to recruit other MLM leaders, you must treat your business like a business, you must value your time, and do not spend a lot of time with tire kickers.
2. Brand You~ This second step is so important that if you miss it you will continue to not have leaders inside your MLM business. True leader brand themselves and not there company you must first understand that people join people not business opportunity and by people join people not your business you must understand leaders join leaders, and true leaders brand themselves not there company. So it very important that you brand you and no more pitching your business opportunity.
3. Lead with value not with product~ You must lead with value and never try to lead with product. True leaders inside our industry lead with value and never with product, so in order to recruit the powerhouse players on your team leading with value is a must because leaders are not going to join an average net worker. So if position yourself as a leader and lead with value other leader will be attract to you, if your having a hard time getting powerhouse players on your team maybe it because your missing one of these steps on maybe all three steps. So you must become that leader you wish to attract, in order to hit it large inside your MLM business once other leader see you as a leader they will want to do business with you but if your still pitching your business everywhere no one will want to do business with you are you will have a hard time in this industry. So lead with value and enjoy the benefits of being a leader inside this awesome industry. The leaders you wish to have on your MLM team will flood your business once they see that you are a leader so become that leader you with to attract and other leaders will follow you.
