Take Charge of Your Life, Part 3
Today on Take Charge of Your Life, Part 3, I will go over 3 other items that can help change your life and make it more fun. The first one is exercise after exercising all my life and reading everything I can on exercise, I have found the best program for me, the experts all concur that exercising first thing in the morning is best, because it gets our metabolism up so it burns fat throughout the day.
So after taking my dog Cooper for his walk, the Coop and I start working out. Cooper does his downward dog exercises and I do my strength exercises anywhere from 10-20 minutes a day depending on what I am doing,it’s been proven if you are doing the right exercises that is more than enough time. Then I spend 6 minutes sprinting on my trampoline against resistence and holding 5 lb. dumbells in my hands.
Then I visualize for a few minutes about what I am trying to accomplish. However when I visualize I am where I want to be in the present moment.
Then I mediate for 15-20 minutes. It’s been proven mediation everyday reduces high blood pressure as well as a host of other aliments.
So if one will follow these 4 steps it can change your life, 1. eat a good diet,2. exercise regularity. 3. visaulize what you want, 4. mediate daily. Do this for 90 days and let me know how your life has changed.
